Hi there friend, I’m Taru and I have been thinking about starting this blog for quite some time now, so here goes…. Oh, by the way, since this is my first time ever as a blogger, and my first rodeo so to speak, I will not apologize for my lack in blogging skills or the misssspelling of most words. Bear with me. And to all of you, who have encouraged me along the way, my heartfelt thank you!

My blog is about the sometimes excruciating, and on the other hand, super joyous and rewarding work we do in emergency care settings. It’s about the anxiety and stress we experience and how it affects the whole spectrum of our lives. It’s about #OpenDoorPolicy so that no one has to suffer alone, and always having your colleagues back. It’s about accepting that it’s ok not to be okay and sometimes even the strongest ones stumble on this path. And of course, the blog is about my own struggles and small victories on this road. Not just on a general level but very up close and personal.

And hopefully, one day, my blog can serve as a bonfire gathering of the digital age bringing together a tribe of people each sharing their own unique story.
